Hello Ed;
You will be receiving by postal mail (probably in a few weeks) a
notice that a donation has been made to
Habitat for Humanity (Waterloo Region) in appreciation for the fine
work that Tiger Plumbing did at our home (--------Kitchener)
recently.
Although we have a very tight budget for improving and maintaining
our home, we have been very fortunate with
several local companies we've carefully selected to do our major
work. They have all gone beyond expectations and given us superb
results.
Our habit has been to donate a modest amount to Habitat for Humanity
in recognition of these companies after a job is done and paid for.
The other companies we have recognized this way had done several
repairs or improvements for us over the years before we began our
donation plan.
Yours is the only company where we donated to Habitat after our very
first dealing with you ... that's how impressed we've been with your
staff and their skill in solving our basement plumbing issues.
The new walls, floor and ceiling of our laundry-work room will soon
be
done and I'll send you "after" photos when everything is complete.

A thank you for a job well done. Steve and Dave saved the tree and
also another favourite flowering bush. They make a good team and
sure put in a long day. After some top soil and seeding, it will
look as if they were not here. The 1" piping is great on the

Good morning Mr. Van Dam,
My house was hit by lightning on Saturday and I discovered that my
water heater had stopped working on Sunday morning. I looked through
the Yellow Pages and made several calls for service and found no one
to come to the house until today at the earliest. Luckily for me I
found your ad and I decided to give Tiger a call.
I spoke to Travis and he told me he could come over by 6pm and I
said that would be fine, he called me at 4:15 to tell me he was on
his way. He and Steve showed up and tried to save my existing water
heater to no avail and by that time it was 6:30pm. They proceeded to
tell me that they would be back at 8:30 to install a new water
heater! They showed up at exactly 8:30 and had the job done by
9:30!!! These 2 guys are just awesome, I am so happy that I decided
to give Tiger a call and these 2 gentlemen should be commended on
their professionalism and their commitment to get the job done for
me and they are really nice guys!

Ed,
I just wanted to drop you a quick note to tell you how pleased we are
with the service that your company and your
technicians provided at a recent attendance at
our home on May 26. Travis and Tom arrived at our home about
10 minutes early, and carried out their work efficiently and
professionally. One of the best things I like about the service you
provide is that you specify a time when your
technicians will arrive - not a "window" of
time within which they will attend.
We retained your company to install gas lines when we first moved into
our home almost 6 years ago. We received
excellent service then, and we received it
again a few days ago. The consistency with which your company
provides great service is noted.
We're looking forward to having your technicians back once the new
kitchen and bath are installed (I'll call a
week in advance to book at time).
We'll certainly continue to recommend your company to family, friends,
and colleagues.

Ed,
Andrew and I were just talking about how things went
today. He said I should commend Travis to you for doing a
thorough job and providing excellent customer service. He was
diligent in deciding where the equipment should go and he went
the extra mile to turn on the water for the fridge and
dishwasher which we appreciate very much. Again we are more than
pleased with your company and with your employees and we just
wanted to let you know that.
I’ll have the house open at 8 am Monday for whenever Travis is
available to come by. Let me know about the shower doors
whenever you get a chance, no rush. I hope you can drop by
sometime when we’re settled in.

Just want to say
THANKS a million for the floor heating system you installed
in my home. This being my second winter in a brand new home,
I always found it TOO cold on the floors no matter how high
I turned up the heat. I am a senior and always felt the air
much too cool and floors cold. Within a day of having the
system installed, that has certainly changed a lot. I no
longer feel the air cool, do not have to hike up the
thermostat, in fact never have to touch it and my floors are
nice and warm. Do not have to wear extra big socks, big
warm slippers etc., and my feet are cozy and warm. Would
highly recommend this to anyone, especially seniors or new
home owners. It is worth every penny...Thanks again!!!!! Pat

I just wanted to thank you for all your help with my
plumbing emergency yesterday (when it was "raining" like
a monsoon in my bathroom).
I was close to hysterical with worry about the plumbing
problems and I'm pretty sure you got here to help me out
as soon as it was humanly possible, putting me at the
top of your list to help. You really do live up to your
advertisement in the Yellow Pages which says that "your
plumbing emergency is our priority"!
You also dealt with my several frantic phone calls to
you calmly and professionally. The plumber fixed the
problems quickly, efficiently, and kindly.
I have already been telling people that you were
absolutely marvellous to me!

We had a couple of guys in this morning to fix a backed-up sewer
and install a clean out valve at our home. We just wanted you to
know they did a fantastic job. They were fast, thorough and did
an expert job and they came over within an hour of our call. I’m

I believe the installation of the Novatek Water Softener and the Kohler toilet was the 5th. time I
called Tiger Plumbing to do the work. For the 5th. time I am
pleased with the results.
Since the first job your company did, I
have come to trust Tiger Plumbing to do the job well and at a fair
price. I also trust your suggestions for products.
Russ is an excellent employee,
he really knows his stuff and his promptness and efficiency are
appreciated. Russ has also done work for my mother, where he went
beyond the call of duty and for my brother where he quickly
diagnosed and fixed a problem.

Thank you for such a positive experience!
Our technician Greg appeared on our doorstep right at the designated
time (both days) and got straight to work. He was extremely courteous
and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain possible problems and
solutions as well as how he was going to go about performing the job.
He gave us an estimate that reflected both a high (extensive repairs
involving the foundation if needed) as well as a low (if everything went
well) and fell right on target with the pricing. Greg was refreshingly
proactive. He listened to our observations and investigated the problems
and offered possible scenarios and solutions within 10-15 minutes of
arriving. As well, he offered to contact a sewage removal service to
ascertain everything was well taken care of and all of our problems
solved.
Also of note, Tiger Plumbing quickly attended to my emergency call and
had someone at the door within half an hour!
Can't thank you enough and will definitely recommend your services in
the future!

One
question - Steve described that our leaky upstairs shower drain will

to go forward.

Wednesday. The woman in your office, I think her name is Lisa was great
to deal with. She looked after getting back to us, like she said she
would. The service fellow Rolland was also great. He came in, identified

arrived.
Jay ran into a few problems but remained friendly
