This was a full bathroom make over with a new shower, vanity, double sink top and taps, free standing bath tub with floor tap and toilet. It also included retiling the floor, tiling behind the bath tub and the entire floor Tiger plumbing had A and B Quality Contracting do all of the work, other than the electrical and plumbing.

 

A and B Quality Contracting were amazing people to work with. They were very professional and the quality of work is fantastic. They paid attention to detail. The crew was approachable and easy to work with. Mas was the person who looked after the plumbing and also was a great person to deal with. He arranged to get the repair started as soon as possible. His workmanship is above great.

"I had a burst back up flow valve and regardless of who I called, I could not get anyone to fix it. I called Tiger Plumbing and was greeted by a nice girl who gave me an appointment after 4 PM (which was convenient for me). From there on, I thought I would email a picture of my valve to the owner of the company (Ed Van Dam) just to make sure he had the right one. To my surprise he emailed back and said I needed a new one and it could not be repaired. I called him to clarify cost and he quoted me over the phone. The clay of the appointment it was raining and the plumber called me on my cell, and we arranged a time out of the rain. Super service, super owner, super plumber, totally a 5 star experience for me."

"Good morning Mr. Van Dam. My house was hit by lightning on Saturday and I discovered that my water heater had stopped working on Sunday morning. I looked through the Yellow Pages and made several calls for service and found no one to come to the house until today at the earliest. Luckily for me, I found your ad and I decided to give Tiger a call. I spoke to Travis and he told me he could come over by 6pm and I said that would be fine. He called me at 4:15pm to tell me he was on his way. He and Steve showed up and tried to save my existing water heater to no avail and by that time it was 6:30pm. "Just want to say THANKS a million for the floor heating system you installed in my home. This being my second winter in a brand new home, I always found it TOO cold on the floors no matter how high I turned up the heat. I am a senior and always felt the air much too cool and floors cold. Within a day of having the system installed, that has certainty changed a lot. I no longer feel the air cool, do not have to hike up the thermostat, in fact I never have to touch it and my floors are nice and warm. Do not have to wear extra big socks, big warm slippers etc…and my feet are cozy and warm. Would highly recommend this to anyone, especially seniors or new home owners.
